PEPPER FRY
Mushroom
Pepper fry is a simply healthy as well as delicious dish from South India. It’s
a gluten-free and vegan dish .You can serve it as a starter as well as a side
dish with chapattis, paratha and even bread.In the restaurant menu, it was known as mushroom varuval. The pungency of black pepper is one of the highlights of this recipe.
INGRIDIENTS
· Mushroom / मशरूम 500gm
· Onion / प्याज 50gm
· Capsicum / शिमला मिर्च 50gm
· Black pepper(crushed)/ काली मिर्च 20gm
· Olive oil /जैतून का तेल 30ml
· Salt /नमक as per taste
1. Wash the button mushroom and cut it into slices.
2. Cut the onion and capsicum into slices.
3. Take a frying pan add oil in it.
4. Sauté onion and capsicum for few minutes.
5. Add the slices of mushroom and cook it till it get tender.
6. Add salt and black pepper and mix it well.
7. Serve hot.
निर्देश:

बटन
मशरूम को धो लें और इसे स्लाइस में काट लें।
2.
प्याज
और शिमला मिर्च को स्लाइस में काटें।
3.
एक
फ्राइंग पैन लें इसमें तेल डालें।
4.
कुछ
मिनट के लिए प्याज और शिमला मिर्च भून ले।
5.
मशरूम
के स्लाइस को पैन में डाल लें
और इसे तब तक पकाएं जब तक कि यह नर्म न हो जाए।
6.
अब
नमक और काली मिर्च डालकर अच्छे से मिलाएं।
7.
यह
गर्म परोसने के लिए तैयार है।
